TRYING HIS LUCK

The fallen star of Barcelona Bojan Krkic, the player that scored over 500 goals in the youth teams of the Catalan club and signed a professional contract deal with the Barcelona B at the age of 17 years has been struggling to live up to the expectations ever since making a move to the main squad.

Making 26 goals throughout the entirety of his career with Barcelona he was sent out on loan to Roma, Milan and now recently Ajax.

Failing to make an impact with either of the Italian teams, the clubs had the opportunity to sign him on a permanent deal but declined the offer as the 23 years old forward could never really make a break into the main squad of both clubs and now trying his luck with the Dutch side Ajax.

The Spanish forward picked up an injury on September that left him unable to play with his new club for over 2 months but after finishing his recovery; Bojan made substitute appearance during Ajax’s league match against the rock bottom position side Den Haag and came out on top with a comfortable score of 4-0.

Bojan Krkic was introduced into the match after the scoreboard was 2-0 and in the few minutes he was on the pitch, he still managed to score his 1st goal with the jersey of Ajax as he fired a shot at the 88th minute that found the back of the net.

This might just be the initiation he needs to continue the career that promised so much as he was expected not only to be part of the next generation of player for Barcelona but also for Spain. If the goals continue arriving then there is no doubt that the Catalan side will want him back to play alongside Lionel Messi, and the rest of stars already playing in the squad.
