STRANGE CASE OF BOJAN

The case of Bojan Krkic is one to be remembered. The player developed himself in the Barcelona youth squads and it is believed that in those youth teams he managed to score over 500 goals during the period of 5 years this raised the attention of the head chiefs of Barcelona as they signed him up for the senior team.

From there on out he has failed to meet the expectations and so has been going on loans from team to team hoping that he would improve. In 2012 was loaned out to Ac.Milan, As.Roma and lastly Ajax.

Not making any impressive feats with the Italians clubs he later joined Ajax and now is suffering from an injury that will keep him unable to play with the team for an estimated time lapse of 5 weeks. He was featured in Ajax’s match against Go Ahead Eagles but only lasted 1 minute until picking up an injury in his left foot. In the meantime websites such as bet australia and Unibet have started offering odds that he will be moving on AGAIN in the January transfer window.

During this time of injury he visited the place where he was developed and grown in the training grounds of FC Barcelona as he met up with some players of futsal and colleagues. It will be the place he will also be making his recovery until he can be fully healed and ready to play with the Dutch team Ajax.

Both Ac.Milan and As.Roma had chances on acquiring him for a permanent and not just on a loan deal but none of the Italian teams actually agreed to sign him as the Spanish player could not make any real impact upon neither teams.
With the attacking options of Barcelona increasing each season (Neymar, Sanchez, Pedro) it does not seem like Bojan will play an important role in the Catalan club for anytime soon.
