GUARDIOLA TRUSTS IN KRIKIC

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has said that he didn't lose the faith in Bojan Krkic even though the striker had some difficult times. Bojan was on target twice in Barca's 8-0 away win against Almeria in the Spanish Primera Division. He had been struggling for goals at the start of the season but has now began to find the opposition's net with regularity, making Guardiola pleased.

“He never lost his confidence, and neither did we lose faith in him," said the Barca coach, according to the club's official website. "Bojan Krkic was a vital part of the league championship last year. He made the two goals he scored. We know he’s there when we need him.”

Guardiola also praised Andreu Fonta for his performance in defence and said, “I congratulate Andreu on his performance. Gerard (Pique) had some trouble with his leg. And of there was the risk he’d get booked.
